<SkyChartSettingsFile> FileVersion=2.7.1 <Description> This settings file demonstrates how you can use SkyChart to create a finder chart for a faint, distant solar system object: in this case, the planet Pluto. Here, a trail shows Pluto's motion against the stars during 1998. Background stars as faint as magnitude 14.5 are included from the Hubble Guide Star Catalog database on the CD-ROM version of SkyChart III. To actually find Pluto in the sky, you need a finder chart with stars this faint! </Description> <Settings> ViewerObject= ViewerObjectOffset=-9.176510327E-06,+3.246939160E-05,+2.597608943E-05 ViewerSiteName=San Francisco ViewerLongitude=-122.411111 ViewerLatitude=+37.777500 ViewerAltitude=20.0 TimeZone=-8.0 JulianDate=2450821.833333 CalendarSystem=Gregorian DynamicTime=0 DaylightSavingsTime=1 StarParallax=1 StarMotion=1 StarParallaxThreshold=1000.0 StarMotionThreshold=1000.0 PlanetPerturbations=0 PlanetComputation=VFP PlanetLightTime=0 PrecessionEpoch=2000.0 Precession=0 Nutation=0 Aberration=0 Refraction=0 PreciseRiseSetTimes=1 HorizonAltitude=0.000 ChartProjection=Lambert ChartCoordinateSystem=Equatorial CenteredObject= ChartCenterLongitude=247.000000 ChartCenterLatitude=-9.750000 ChartFieldRotation=+0.000000 ChartFieldWidth=5.000000 ChartInvertedHorizontally=0 ChartInvertedVertically=0 ShowStars=1 ShowStarColors=1 ShowLargeStars=0 ShowMultipleStars=0 ShowVariableStars=0 ShowPlanets=1 ShowPlanetSymbols=0 ShowPlanetGrids=1 PlanetMagnification=1.000000 ShowDeepSkyObjects=0 ShowConstellations=0 ShowConstellationFigures=1 ShowConstellationBoundaries=1 ShowConstellationLabels=1 ShowObjectLabels=1 ShowChartLegend=1 ShowChartControls=1 ChartScrollRate=36.000 ChartZoomFactor=2.000 ShowGridLines=0 ShowGridLabels=1 ShowEcliptic=0 ShowEquator=0 ShowGalacticEquator=0 ShowHorizonLine=1 ShowHorizonMask=0 ShowRADecGrid=1 GridRAInterval=15.000000 GridDecInterval=10.000000 BrightestStarMagnitude=+9.50 FaintestStarMagnitude=+14.50 FaintestStarLabelMagnitude=+10.50 FaintestPlanetLabelMagnitude=+13.70 FaintestDeepSkyLabelMagnitude=+14.70 FaintestOpenClusterMagnitude=+11.70 FaintestGlobularClusterMagnitude=+12.70 FaintestDiffuseNebulaMagnitude=+14.70 FaintestPlanetaryNebulaMagnitude=+14.70 FaintestGalaxyMagnitude=+14.70 AutomaticMagnitudeLimits=1 ShowColors=1 RedScreen=0 SkyBackground=Black StarColor=127,127,127 PlanetColor=255,255,255 DeepSkyObjectColor=127,127,127 ConstellationsColor=000,255,000 ConstellationBoundariesColor=000,127,000 RADecGridColor=127,127,127 EquatorColor=255,255,255 EclipticColor=255,255,000 GalacticEquatorColor=000,000,255 HorizonColor=255,000,000 DaytimeSkyColor=127,255,255 CivilTwilightSkyColor=000,000,255 NauticalTwilightSkyColor=000,000,127 AstronomicalTwilightSkyColor=000,000,063 NightSkyColor=000,000,000 ChartMacintoshFont=Geneva,9 AnimationState=Forward AnimationTimeStep=7.000000 TelescopeInterface=LX200 TelescopeEmulated=0 TelescopeConnectionPort=2 TelescopeUpdatesPerSec=4 TelescopeLonEncoderSteps=+2160 TelescopeLatEncoderSteps=+2160 TelescopeEncodersSwapped=0 ShowTelescopeFinderField=1 ShowTelescopeEyepieceField=1 ShowTelescopeCameraField=1 TelescopeFinderFieldWidth=3.000000 TelescopeEyepeiceFieldWidth=1.000000 TelescopeCameraFieldWidth=0.250000 TelescopeCameraFieldHeight=0.166667 </Settings> <Trail> TrailObject=Pluto TrailType=InSky TrailPoints=52 TrailTicksInterval=1 TrailDatesInterval=4 </Trail> </SkyChartSettingsFile>
